Sian-Ashleigh hails from the suburbs of New York and goes by her entire first name.

Sian-Ashleigh is a literary agent at WME. Representing authors across adult and YA, her clients are tastemakers, experts, and world builders. She’s drawn to books that lean into the power of the personal to create something universally resonant. In non-fiction, that can look like anything from narrative explorations of subculture and pop science to undeniable memoir and qualified self-help. In fiction, she’s looking for atmospheric commercial and literary romps that aren’t afraid to take a “what if” and run with it. Proudly Caribbean-American and an avid consumer of TV-in-translation, she’s especially drawn to stories that highlight marginalized cultures and communities (but only when that element isn’t used as a crutch!). She’s also open to grounded genre fiction.
